Here I am. This has been a long time coming but it’s finally happened.
I recently moved back from China. To spare you some details and to keep this post short, my reason for coming is because I felt like my time there was over. Since then, I have been driving all over the place, searching for jobs and looking searching for a place to live. Which leads me to my second reason for posting this. I’m so excited to say that I have officially moved back to Nashville! I’ve been around the world and back – FOUR TIMES – and I’m back, where I call home.
Here’s some background. To make a long story short, I had several, call them ‘feelings’, that it was time for me to move home from China. Once I was able to say I was moving home, I had no idea where I would end up. I had several options. Most of them would have been really great. When the opportunity of some work arose in Nashville, I almost felt like it was a sign of sorts that it was definitely time for me to get back to my roots. I am working at Rocketown as their Program Specialist. Rocketown was such a big part of my growing up and I’m stoked to be part of an organization that means so much, not just to me, but to all of Nashville as well.
For those of you who want to know more, feel free to get in touch with me! I’m much easier to get ahold of nowadays!
That’s really all that this blog is going to be. In the meantime, look for some updates soon regarding my travel blog. I should be finishing up Europe the Middle-East after that, then on to Asia. Also, Lent is coming up as well. Expect something regarding that as well!
And, if you’re in Nashville, let’s hang out!
